Terms of Sale | Teiken Trading

1. Product and price

Each completed $29 purchase, plus applicable tax, provides the current Trader Psyche Assessment V3 experience, including the in-browser final report, downloadable assessment report, and correction workbook.

2. Access and delivery

After successful payment, Stripe redirects the buyer to the assessment. The buyer should complete the assessment and download both documents in the same browser session.

3. Browser-only results

Answers and report content are not stored by Teiken Trading. Closing or refreshing may erase work in progress or final results. The buyer is responsible for downloading the assessment report and correction workbook before leaving the final report.

4. All sales final

All sales are final except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Contact support if a verified technical failure prevents delivery. See the Refund Policy.

5. Educational boundaries

The product is an educational behavioral tool, not a validated psychological test, clinical diagnosis, medical or mental-health care, financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of trading performance. The buyer remains responsible for trading and risk decisions.

6. Availability and misuse

Teiken Trading may suspend checkout or product availability during outages or security incidents. Fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, interference with the service, or unlawful use may result in loss of service.

7. Support

Purchase and delivery support is available at support@teikentrading.com with a two-business-day response target. Support may verify Stripe commerce records and will not ask the buyer to disclose assessment results.
