REFUND POLICY
Effective September 1, 2026. The Trader Psyche Assessment is a one-time digital educational product.
1. Final sale
All sales are final. Teiken Trading does not offer refunds because a buyer changes their mind, closes or refreshes browser-only results, disagrees with the report, or does not use the downloaded materials.
2. Technical delivery problems
If a verified payment did not redirect to the assessment or a service fault prevented delivery, contact support for purchase and delivery assistance. Do not repurchase to work around a technical problem.
3. Required exceptions
This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies that cannot legally be waived.
4. Contact
Email support@teikentrading.com with the purchase email and Stripe receipt or transaction identifier. Never attach assessment answers, reports, journal material, or trading records. The response target is two business days.
