Take the Assessment

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective September 1, 2026. This policy explains how Teiken Trading, by Ryan Teiken, handles information across this website, the Trader Psyche Assessment, and mentorship intake.

1. Assessment data stays in the browser

Assessment answers, follow-up responses, scores, behavior or pattern identifiers, confidence labels, report text, journal responses, and generated documents are processed in the buyer's browser. Teiken Trading does not intentionally send or store that material through Stripe, Upstash, Resend, Vercel Analytics, support tooling, or server logs.

The final report is not saved across refreshes. Buyers must download both documents before closing or refreshing the result page.

2. Purchase information

Stripe processes payment and may collect purchaser email, billing location, payment method information, transaction identifiers, tax information, and receipt details under Stripe's own privacy terms. The current Payment Link launch flow does not create a local purchase entitlement or recovery record on the Teiken Trading site.

3. Purchase support

Purchase and delivery support may use the Stripe receipt or transaction identifier supplied by the buyer. Support messages should not contain assessment answers or results.

4. Analytics and logs

Vercel Analytics may record aggregate page and funnel events such as landing views, checkout starts, assessment-stage completion, and document-download status. These events must not contain assessment answers or report content. Server logs must not include raw purchaser email or assessment material.

5. Retention

The current Payment Link launch flow does not retain purchaser email, entitlement status, or recovery tokens in Teiken Trading application storage. Stripe and other processors apply their own retention obligations.

6. Mentorship intake

The mentorship intake collects contact details, trading background, strategy and risk-process information, behavioral examples, coaching preferences, goals, and any optional context you choose to provide. Teiken Trading uses this information to review mentorship fit, prepare coaching, communicate with applicants, and administer an active mentorship relationship.

Submitted or declined records are scheduled for deletion 90 days after their original submission. Active-client records are retained while the relationship is active. When a relationship closes, its record is scheduled for deletion one year later. A legal hold or unresolved request may require a different period. Do not submit medical information, account or brokerage numbers, passwords, credentials, or other information that is not necessary for coaching.

7. Service providers and disclosure

Teiken Trading uses Stripe for payment and tax calculation, Upstash Redis for mentorship-intake storage, Resend for minimal intake-notification email, and Vercel for hosting and aggregate analytics. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve payment disputes, or protect the service.

8. Requests and contact

For access, correction, deletion, export, or privacy questions, email support@teikentrading.com. Do not send assessment answers, report files, journal entries, credentials, or trading records by email. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled. The response target is two business days.
